These instruments are used to measure wavelength
emissions from Lasers, Laser Diodes and LED's into
the near infrared. A fiber optic cable is used to couple
the output from the test device into the spectrometer. The
instrument allows characterization of the wavelength stability with
time, temperature, and device drive current.
Depending on your application and wavelength
requirements, StellarNet can offer high resolution spectrometers up to

Multi-channel systems for continuous monitoring of
several devices are easily configured by daisy chaining additional
For 1310 and 1550nm laser diodes, a fiber is used to couple the ST device connector with an XNIR2
spectrometer input connector (SMA). Other couplings use a 400um fiber
with a lens attached to a SMA bulkhead fitting that can be easily
mounted in the device emission path.

Win2000 /WinXP. The SpectraWiz software is
considered the "Swiss Army Knife of Spectroscopy and may be used to
accurately measure wavelength emissions, reflectance, transmission,
absorption, concentrations, and absolute intensities. In addition
to real-time spectroscopy, SpectraWiz® has built-in applications
for SpectroRadiometry, SpectroColorimetry, ChemWiz chemistry lab
concentration analyzer, and UV level monitors.

optic SMA connection on the front panel.
Portable spectrometers have an easy to use plug and
play interface with USB-2 connection and +5VDC power adapter for
120VAC-60HZ. These power adapters are small wall mount
transformers with U.S. style 2 prong plugs. For usage outside
the U.S.A., we offer an upgrade to universal power adapters.
